Dubai Luxury Yacht Discharge Operation – 2018
In May 2018, Alpha + Mike Services Pvt Ltd successfully managed the discharge of a luxury yacht from the vessel MV Mapel Liv. The yacht was transported from MLB Shipping Dubai to the Maldives. This operation showcased our expertise in handling high-value cargo with precision and care.
The MV Mapel Liv arrived in Maldivian waters on 11th May 2018 and completed the discharge operation by 13th May 2018. View the gallery below for some highlights of the operation.

RV ODYSSEY Deep Sea Marine Research Expedition – 2022
From August to October 2022, Alpha + Mike Services Pvt Ltd expertly managed all vessel logistics for the first ever deep sea marine research expedition in the Maldives. This groundbreaking expedition, undertaken by OCEEF USA in collaboration with Nekton UK, followed strict scientific plans. The project Identified five primary survey sites and several alternative locations between Male’ and Addu Atoll.
The research involved bathymetric mapping of the seafloor, collection of environmental parameters, and submersible dives at each site using the submersible vessel RV ODYSSEY. The expedition took place from 31st August 2022 to 23rd October 2022. We ensured all shipping needs were met throughout the entire period, facilitating seamless and efficient operations.

Cargo Vessel Handling for China-Maldives Friendship Bridge Project – 2016
In June 2016, Alpha + Mike Services Pvt Ltd played a pivotal role in handling cargo vessels for the China-Maldives Friendship Bridge construction project. The vessel CHANG HANG HUAI HAI arrived on 1st June 2016, carrying crucial building materials, machinery, and vehicles essential for one of the largest construction projects ever completed in the Maldives.
This iconic bridge connects the islands of Malé, the airport, and Hulhumalé, spanning over the ocean. Our involvement in this project highlights our capability in managing large-scale logistics and ensuring the timely delivery of vital construction resources. CHINALANDING SHIPPING PTE LTD – 2022
MTCC Double Decker Bus Fleet & Passenger Ferry Discharge Operation – 2022
In May 2022, Alpha + Mike Services Pvt Ltd successfully coordinated the discharge for Maldives’ first fleet of MTCC double decker busses and a passenger ferry. These vehicles were transported from China (Chinalanding Shipping PTE LTD) for the Maldivian transport services (MTCC), and Universal Enterprise.
The vessel MV Sea Viyra arrived in Maldivian waters on 8th May 2022 and completed the discharge operation by 14th May 2022. This is one of the many operations demonstrating complex logistics and safe/timely delivery of essential transport assets.
OCEAN7 PROJECTS HAMBURG – 2023
Excavator Discharge Operation – 2023
In September 2023, Alpha + Mike Services Pvt Ltd efficiently managed the discharge of excavators to support construction projects in the Maldives. These excavators were transported from Hamburg to the Maldives aboard the vessel JSP Porto.
The JSP Porto arrived in Maldivian waters on 24th September 2023 and completed the discharge operation by 26th September 2023. This was one of our many operations demonstrating our capability handling heavy machinery and ensuring timely delivery to facilitate vital construction activities in the region.
